Convert Grid to DTM Coordinates

The Coordinate Reference System options have been added to the Convert Grid to DTM tool on the Grid / DTM tab, in the Grid Convert group to enable coordinate transformation when running the Grid to DTM function.

Conversion and Target EPSG processes can be used to convert the coordinate reference system from the Grid to the output DTM, and you can prevent Z values in a wireframe from being converted using the Convert elevations option.

DTM Create Tools

The tools in the the Grid / DTM tab, in the DTM Create group have been redefined for enhanced workflow with the new DTM from Block Model tool. The Surface Points tool has also been added.

Previously, the Interpolate Surface Points tool was only available on the Implicit tab, in the Surface group.
